SMC Tollways on Community Quarantine for Metro Manila

In response to President Rodrigo Duterte's call for a "community quarantine" over the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Jojo Garcia has announced that its policy-implementing body, the Metro Manila Council (MMC) has passed a resolution implementing an 8 PM to 5 AM Curfew from March 15, this coming Monday, to April 14.

The same resolution prohibits .knots from loitering and for malls to close early, save for supermarkets and those that deal with essential items and services, like pharmacies and banks.
