LTO Issues Advisory on Renewal of Driver's/Conductor's License
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued an advisory stating that the processing of the application for Renewal of Driver's/Conductor's License may now be done online through portal.lto.gov.ph. The license must be claimed at the chosen LTO Office.
To provide convenience, and strongly promote non-face-to-face and paperless transactions in order to contain the spread of the COVID-19, a courier service will soon be available.
Those who will be applying the same but still hold the 3-year validity driver's license cards are required to personally appear at the chosen LTO Office to undergo the biometric capturing process as part of the requirements for the printing of the 5-year validity license cards.
The e-services are currently available at the 24 LTO offices nationwide. You may check the link https://www.lto.gov.ph/latest-advisory/520-land-transportation-management-system-ltms.html for the list of the said sites.
